This 45 minute boxing class is designed to improve coordination and balance, while also building strength and cardiovascular endurance. Workouts involve punching sequences, footwork drills, core exercises, and head movements to improve weight shifting. Through learning various movement drills, students improve hand eye coordination and challenge memory. This non-contact class requires no previous boxing experience. Gloves are provided, but students are encouraged to bring their own.
