Let’s Get Physical . . . Loud and Cognitive
with Josefa Domingos and John Dean

New! This series kicks off on Wednesday, April 7 at 3:00 PM!
Join us for an ongoing exercise series with Portuguese physiotherapist Josefa Domingos and American speech language pathologist, John M. Dean, clinician’s who specialize in Parkinson’s.
Since 2011, they have been collaborating on exercise that combines movement, voice and cognition, the three elements of our PD3 series. Their exercise sessions address key issues in individuals with Parkinson’s with challenging and engaging activities, many of which replicate some of the challenges people living with Parkinson’s face on a daily basis.
You can see more examples of their approach in their recent partnership with the European Parkinson’s Disease Association (EPDA) or visit their website.
Josefa and John have developed this virtual live series specifically for our Parkinson community and will include time for participants to socialize.
Every Wednesday from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm beginning April 7.
