Planned Giving
Many people don’t realize that they can make a great gift to support IPMDC through planned giving. Did you know you can arrange a gift to IPMDC now, but defer completion of the gift until later? For example, you can include IPMDC in your will to make a “deferred” (planned) gift. You may also name IPMDC as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy or when you designate IPMDC to receive what’s left in your retirement fund.
IRA/CGA
New for 2023, is an IRA rollover to a charitable gift annuity (CGA) allowing owners of an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to contribute directly from their IRA to establish a CGA that pays an annual income of 5% or more for life. Plus other gift arrangements such as charitable remainder trusts and contributions of real estate and other assets. Though these gifts differ in various respects, they all provide tax, as well as other, benefits to the donor.

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Inova Health Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation (Tax ID 54-107-1867) located at 8095 Innovation Park Drive, Fairfax, VA 22031, the (fraction, percentage or the rest, residue and remainder) of my estate, both real and personal. I also direct that this bequest be used for the Inova Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Center (IPMDC).
