Medicare
Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP)
Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) is a free counseling program for individuals with Medicare, their families, and their caregivers. Anyone with Medicare can receive counseling services in time for the Medicare Open Enrollment Period that takes place from October 15, 2025 – December 7, 2025.
Trained volunteers provide confidential and unbiased assistance to help individuals make informed decisions about Medicare benefits. Counseling can be provided by telephone or in person.
