Introducing the Inova Brain Health and Memory Disorders program

Dr. Jenn Pauldurai
Jennifer Pauldurai, MD, Medical Director, Inova Brain Health and Memory Disorders Program

In this introduction to her 2026 series on thinking, Dr. Jennifer Pauldurai introduces Inova’s new Brain Health and Memory Disorders Program. She also explains what Brain Health means, and how we can change how our brain ages.

It used to be a stigma to talk about forgetfulness. It’s sensitive and vulnerable to think about our aging brain. We hope this series, Let’s Chat About Thinking, empowers you to take control of your brain health and your memory in practical ways.

Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 1:00 pm!
