- Gives free, fair advice about Medicare
- Explains Medigap, Medicare Advantage, and prescription drug plans
- Helps with insurance claims, bills, and appeals
- Offers Medicare 101 classes for the public

If you live outside of Fairfax County, Virginia, please check out the State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIP) website at shiphelp.org and locate your local agency.
